Service Description

This is a 2-session workshop in which the second session will build upon the first. We will start by teaching and tweaking techniques on the big 3 movements (squat, bench, deadlift). Session 1 will incorporate everything you need to know about squatting and benching. Session 3 will incorporate everything you need to know about deadlifting, preparing for a meet, and programming/periodization goals for you to be aware of so that you can bring your best to the platform on meet day!
